By using crestcoastal.com (the "Site") or buying from CREST COASTAL ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Products and pricing. We do our best to show our products and colors accurately, but your screen may display colors slightly differently. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors in pricing or product information and cancel orders affected by them.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order for reasons such as stock problems, suspected fraud or errors. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payment. You agree to give accurate, current payment and contact information. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we don't store your full card number.

Shipping and returns. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy are part of these terms.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site, including the CREST COASTAL name, logo, designs, photos and text, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use. Please don't use the Site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, or to send spam or harmful code.

Disclaimers. The Site and products are provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee the Site will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CREST COASTAL isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the item involved.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on the Site applies to your use.
