Shipping Policy

Processing time. Orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods it may take a little longer, and we’ll let you know.

U.S. shipping rates and times.

• Ground Economy: $7.00. Delivery typically takes 4-5 business days after your order ships.
• Priority: $15.00. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after your order ships.
• Priority Express: $40.00. Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after your order ships.
• Free Standard Shipping: free on orders of $75 or more. Delivery typically takes 4-5 business days after your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays can happen.

Tracking. You’ll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping address. Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email support@crestcoastal.com right away. We can only update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
