ORDERS & SHIPPING
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer four U.S. shipping options: Ground Economy ($7.00, 4–5 business days), Priority ($15.00, 2–3 business days), Priority Express ($40.00, 1–2 business days), and Free Standard Shipping on orders $75 and over (4–5 business days). All orders ship within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders $75 and over. For orders under $75, choose from Ground Economy, Priority, or Priority Express at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. You can also log into your account at crestcoastal.com and view your order status.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, email us at support@crestcoastal.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped we are unable to make changes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@crestcoastal.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different color?
Absolutely! Exchanges are free within 30 days of purchase. Email us at support@crestcoastal.com and we'll set up your exchange and send a prepaid return label.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.
